PLAN

All of our Partner Alliance Members are among top three suppliers in their local markets, however international tenders require different approach and capabilities. PGS’ understanding of the market and broad experience is crucial to prepare a consistent, international strategy among all countries in
scope.

MANAGE

Our Commercial Team is in constant contact with the local bid & price analysts discussing strategies. While central Commercial Team works with local analysts, central Sales Team ensures the strategy answers Client’s needs and expectations. We manage and support the process from the
very start. 

IMPLEMENT

Central PGS team is responsible for contract signing and implementing the offer. Modifications and individually tailored solutions are discussed with Partners and in case of any challenges, we react immediately to ensure smooth and fast implement ation. After that, we manage the contract centrally.

Unlike most of other international office products suppliers, PBS Global Solutions aims at connecting already established local market leaders and enabling them to participate in the international tenders.
