In addition, we use your personal data if you have provided it to us for registration on our website and have consented to the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, we collect, store and process your personal data if you contact us via the tracking form, partner portal, by telephone, fax or by sending us an email, insofar as this is necessary for processing your enquiries and correspondence. The personal data we collect will be deleted immediately as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless there are legal retention periods.
Whistleblowing system
Our website contains a link to a reporting channel through which you can submit a report to our internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). Transfer of data
We use your personal data within PBS Global Solutions GmbH and our affiliated companies. These companies and our external service providers who process data on our behalf are contractually obliged under Art. 28 GDPR to treat personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations. Insofar as these companies come into contact with your personal data, we have ensured through legal, technical and organisational measures as well as regular checks that they comply with the provisions of data protection laws.
If you find links from other controllers on our website (e.g. to our social media accounts or the whistleblower system) and click on the link, you will be using the website directly at the respective controllers, so that our data protection provisions do not apply to this website.
